Friends, we are going to Sri Lanka – a country with its endless miles of golden beaches and abundant natural riches, which is one of Asia’s ultimate tropical paradises.We will have unforgetable holidays on the coast of the Indian Ocean with hidden coves and bays, blue sapphire water and underwater coral gardens, we will meet with Buddhist shrines, visit national parks, and practice yoga and surfing.
We will practice yoga using a variety of methods regularly ( Hat ha yoga, breathing exercises, mantra yoga, meditation, art therapy).
We’ll also improve our knowledge in astrology, Ayurveda, study ancient writings and discuss philosophical and life topics, have tea ceremonies and taste local dishes.

Anuradhapura. The greatest monastic city of the ancient world and the heart of Sri Lankan civilisation for over a millennium. We will see Sri Maha Bodhi (Sacred Bo Tree)-the world’s most revered tree, the Brazen Palace , Dagobas, Ruwanwelisaya, Abeygiri & Jetawana Monasteries.
Dambulla. This mountain is localized near Sigiriya and attracts tourists with an abundance of monasteries and cave temples.
Polunaruva. The medieval capital of Sri Lanka. Must See “rocky” Buddhas, the great temples of Shiva, pond Parakrama Samudra and ruins of chapels.
